LHR to Doha - Business (upgraded with Avios from economy)
Doha - DXB - economy
You can't get access to the premium lounges in LHR with QR plat on an upgraded ticket. Needs to be a non lite revenue ticket. In LHR expect the Qatar status lounges and in Doha you have the platinum south or platinum/gold lounge north to choose from.
