You can't have a ticket that's booked using both the native EY flightcode and either the AF or KL flightcode simultaneously for the same segment(s), if that's what you mean by this instance of "both".
And of course the ticket is issued on 057 stock - Air France/Flying Blue cannot issue tickets on 607 (Etihad) stock
