I guess we don't know which award category this property will be in? For me, I suppose it doesn't really matter, because I'm coming before peak season and there are plausible Choice hotels in Hurricane that are like $60 a night. It's really hard to justify spending 4x for the convenience of staying in Springdale (especially because Zion is too crowded for me to linger at).
