My first observation is that International-G security is often going to be the best option if you're heading to an F gate, and it will always be the best option if you're going to the Amex Centurion lounge (little red square).
I came to Flyertalk to search this specific question, thank you so much! Flying tomorrow from an F gate with a planned trip to Centurion before boarding. I've only flown out of G once and don't recall how long it took to clear security but we do have PRE & Clear. Any thoughts on whether to allow extra time for security? (fwiw, security lines in F have been insane the last two times I've flown. PRE+Clear was still speedy but a little hard to find because of the wild queuing habits and angry looks.)
