There was some serious issues last night. I had an Avios 241in CW LHR-JNB CPT-LHR I wanted to apply a GUF2 to last night. After a few attempts we got there in the end, they even let me change the return from CPT to JNB-LHR as there was A class availability even though now Avios seats in J which I thought was required. Still not ticketed but these seats have changed
