It's a Low Visibility day, I suspect it's those reservoirs dragging down the dew point. Regulation was at 20/60 at one stage, well under half the usual rate, but it's now 42 and should be 45 this afternoon. The separate booking on EI isn't going to count for much here, that's your risk, but obviously give it a go in LHR. Note EI is Terminal 2, though.

1) Downgrade compensation will be very low, 30% after deducting taxes, so 2555 Avios back and probably no cash (there is a debate to be had on that though, see comments upthread on RFS cash bundling)
2) No way are you getting compensation.
3) Unlikely.
