I’m not sure about others, but I find it annoying boarding started early, as I prefer settling in my seat before others start queuing and finding space for luggage.

For my experience in PVG, announcement in lounge says the flight will board soon, but in fact the flight is actually boarding at time of/soon after announcement, where one cannot make it before economy passengers board if we start moving after the announcement.
