Is it fair to say there’s not a single Regency Club in the USA at this point that offers dinner?

Post-pandemic, the closest I’ve seen to something that could potentially pass for light meal at dinner time was at HR SF Soma. They had flat bread, malt balls, nuts, yogurt and charcuterie board.
