Two phone agents I've spoken with have said their computer systems won't let them book a single stay combining points & FNC for more than 4 nights. It has to be booked as 2 separate reservations (4+1 & FNC), but then the 1-night FNC doesn't show any availability. I emailed the reservations desk, and they said they can help the Hilton phone agents book the stays over the phone, but I'd have to call between 9AM-3PM UK time (2AM-8AM PT =/)
