I have 250k in miles that will expire at the end of April 2025. (Well, I'm assuming it's at the end of the month since the web interface does not show exact date). For personal reason, I'm unable to travel until at least Feb 2026. If I manage to reserve an award ticket for a later date, say March 2026 but cancel the reservation later, will the miles be credited back with a different expiration date?
