Chelsea is the more intimate lounge, no comparison there. Bev is far and away better at Chelsea as well. Can't speak to the food, though, as none of my D1 visits have been during sit-down dining hours. I understand that folks seem to quite like the food offerings there; if nothing else the D1 menu right now seems more creative than the current Chelsea one.
