That is a huge value add. Most of these credits are useless but the travel bank + award discount + easily used Avis credits more than cover the annual fee. Not to mention the uber credits are pretty easy to use.
I am not sure I would characterize the Avis credits as easily used -- they require booking through a specific channel (and I'd bet paying a higher rate than many people might otherwise be paying), it's not just a statement credit like the rideshare credits or the now-discontinued United credit.
