Id. Given the uselessness of most these credits to us, it looks like Mrs. Lifer will be closing her card come renewal time.

It appears the $125 United spend rebate is also changing to a $200 TravelBank credit, which (other than the annoyances of TB) has some real incremental value.
The 2x 5K award rebates are also changing to 1 10K award discount, and the ability to earn a second one with $20K spend on the card.
