Poorly managed policy change by AOT. They've made some quite greedy changes in recent years, including increasing the price of ridehailing + forcing passengers to schlep to a different floor (so more people book their AOT-operated limos, presumably)

"The word around the terminal is that this decision came from the Airports of Thailand (AOT). Apparently, new rules say that airline lounges can only accept their own passengers, which effectively cuts off access for third-party programs like Priority Pass."
