How does it work when arriving in PHL from abroad. The usual set up is, immigration - then picking up checked luggage somewhere airside and then customs - then recheck luggage at a special counter (landside or airside?). Is there a special international transfer security or do you have to go completely landside and then go through the normal TSA/security checks to go back airside to F8-gate?
