Came off last evening from this flight. Service wise - it was good (or rather acceptable). Had an FA serving the cabin whom I have seen previously (of course she does not remember me ). But not as good as that one gentlemen FA on my LHR-BOS flight last week. I am not sure what was in the system, but I had wanted to go for my first choice sadly it was gone, and I had to settle for the English breakfast - first time not getting my first choice. This also did not help since this was also the trip where I had my FF number removed, so not showing GGL anymore in their system. IFM was ok - did her usual robotic rounds of greetings, but after that no interaction from her at all. The pre-landing options were much better compared to the Brunch options.
