Nobody can guarantee you any photo from any particular place is going to work. The online do-it-yourself things have guides to adjust photos so they are acceptable. I've used them many many times and they work. The people at passport picture shops have done it many times too, at many times the price. Those should work too. You have plenty of options and have been given lots of good advice here. N
