Call/get in touch with the hotel to clarify, but the rule is this:
if the hotel decides to offer complimentary breakfast for the second room, that's entirely at their discretion and should not be pressed for or expected as the Globalist benefit explicitly covers the room the Globalist stays in, and is extended that member and one guest.
