Does United allow to call in and pre order? My son is on a separate reservation and I can't select his meal but I can select mine. I tried calling in but they said it was not possible. I tried the app and the website and had no luck. I also tried the Inbox tab and clicked the link from there but still no luck. He is 12 years old and United has him as a minor traveling alone. (My ticket was booked by my company and my sons I purchased separate).
