Mills House, Charleston... the mandatory "destination fee" (not a resort fee, so it applies on all bookings, even points/awards) includes a refillable souvenir water bottle and "access to rehydration stations".

To their credit, the regular Hilton F&B credit was applied correctly, and the mandatory "destination fee" included an extra $10/day F&B credit.
