Additionaly, im not giving them feedback just to annoy them, I do want there to an entry in the system where connecting flights that have the same plane don't get flagged as risk of losing connection. This way other flyers don't have to deal with a reasonless ticket cancelation.
No it is not a burger - pizza comparison. You booked a flight from A to B at day X and time Y. That's the contract. A connection via Z, as long as it is not a stopover (>24h), is not part of the contract. Nothing to complain.
I don't understand how you can have an "important " meeting within 2 hours between landing and take off in GVA, stay at the gate to check out everything, and would have had the possibility to change the meeting on shortest notice by a day.
If you intended to travel via GVA to optimize the number of miles/points, you still can ask for ORC.
