The point is not that they are not among the best Lounges, but that the lounge offerings can be made into a dinner.
If the Point is only that the offerings “can” be made into a dinner then even the US lounges pass the test: HR San Francisco Downtown Soma for example offers some sort of tarte flambee that you only had to eat enough of until you are stuffed.

So my point is, that there needs to be some quality in the offerings not to make it pathetic. Of course I have seen that plenty of people use the german Clubs to substitute dinner - but knowing where these clubs come from years ago it’s just not for me anymore…
