While logged into Hyatt I was looking to book the Hyatt House the Wharf in DC with points. The hotel shows several room types available for my dates (14-19 April). They are all cash only. When I select to use points I receive a message that says no rooms match your search.. I have no Hyatt points currently but a couple M UR points available for transfer.
Am I doing something wrong or is Hyatt just really stingy with making rooms available with points?
The standard room might not be available on all of those nights. Try breaking up your stay into multiple one-night reservations and you can see which nights have availability. Doing a search just now, it seems that a few of those nights have availability, but not all.
