F&B credit could be used at any of the bars or restaurants, but they specifically mentioned at check-in that the credit could NOT be used for food/beverages at the lobby gift shop cafe. You can charge grab-and-go snacks to your room from the lobby cafe, but they aren’t covered by the F&B credit.

3am morning of checkout, folio was emailed out. Of course, no F&B credit applied.

At checkout, the front desk said they would “review and email out the folio later”.

I waited 3 hours before using the chat function in the app to request an update. They said they would send it out shortly.

The folio was received and had a single line item credit for the total F&B credit for the entire stay… 3 days x 2 adults x $15/day.

In related news, the breakfast buffet was $28.95.
