Well, yes and no, depends on how much the cash ticket is and how much you value FB miles. At my date for this route, it's about 150€ per ticket. I personally value 1 FB mile around 1 eurocent (FB and amex value 1 mile around 0.4 to 0.5 eurocent though). Taxes on this route are marginal (3.50€ per pax). Considering that the award ticket would have zero fees for cancellation (unlike a revenue ticket), 12000 miles per ticket is not that bad. Not great, but not terrible either - provided of course it can be booked...
But did you find this ticket at 12000 miles or the miles price is an assumption of what it should be in your opinion based on the cash price ? If you find at at 12K, that's indeed a good deal. But my comment above was based on the fact that price in FB miles for PG flights is always absolutely atrocious in my experience.
