Yes, its timezone related. They ask your time zone and in the terms it says how many coupons per TZ and so on.

So I entered and it said I get a free meal. Then under the terms and conditions it says:

Offer open to legal residents of the Continental U.S.

However, I answered that I live in Hawaii...

Well, time will tell, actually, perhaps 6-8 weeks to get a coupon. It is funny because I can print Post Office coupons online on my printer. When will these companies do the same?
