Dear all, I actually e-mailed Enrich to confirm my understanding, and I gave them a hypothetical scenario of flying MEL to BNE on K class fares (25% - Discount Economy) on Qantas.
Their response is that being a domestic flight, there will be 0 points and 0 tier points. When I pointed out on their website, it says 25% points, he replied saying that he has checked, and he stood by his previous response.
Is this something that indicates a poor own understanding of their product, or are they correct? Should I just ignore their bad advice (and continue with my transition to Enrich)?
