Question The BEST way to get to Downtown Tokyo from Narita is....?
Hello!

My father is heading off to Tokyo in the very near future, and was wondering what the best was is to get into Tokyo from Narita airpot (I think he is staying at the Westin - but I still have to double check on that).

What is the cheapest/comfortable/fastest way to get into Tokyo? Is it even possible to put these three words in the same sentence?
