I just spent a week and a half in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima) and went with a 10GB data-only plan by Ubigi on an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It worked well, with excellent speed and signal levels pretty much everywhere I went. The service was by Docomo.
