This is my first month with a Hilton Surpass card. I've been making various purchases with it to get the SUB, and that's going well. But to take advantage of the Q1 $50 credit I decided to use the "pay now" option on a hotel stay in Brussels that I'm planning for later this year. Weirdly, that transaction hasn't shown up in my list of Amex transactions, even though I made it two days ago. Other more recent purchases are showing up. Is this normal? Was prepaying for a hotel stay not actually a good way to trigger the $50 credit? Does the Hilton "pay now" option actually mean "pay at some unspecified time later whenever we feel like it" or something?
