Impossible to reach customer service
I cancelled a Finnair redemption ticket about a month ago and my Avios are still missing from my account.
It feels impossible to get in contact with a real human, their chat is useless and always says that there’s no agents available. When I’ve called I don’t even get into a queue and my emails are met with canned responses.
Anyone have any tips? Feeling slightly insane, I don’t think I’ve ever struggled this much contacting an airline.
