Apologies if this has been addressed before - my first time trying to earn points for multiple rooms (none of my extended family are WOH members).
I understand that I can earn points for 3 rooms, but how do I do so? I had to separate it into 2 bookings as the Hyatt site did not allow me to book 3 rooms at the same time. Is this something I should email the hotel about ahead of time, or let them know during check in?
For what it's worth, the 2 bookings do show up on my Hyatt app, but of course only 1 booking has my name on it as a guest.
As long as all three rooms are booked under your name, it should be automatic. Just stop by the front desk when you check out to make sure everything posted correctly.
Each room will have its own folio and will appear as separate stays in your Account Activity/Past Activity. Also, just remember that you will only get qualifying nights for the room you are actually staying in.
