Easier than calling?
What’s the concern here? Do you have multiple accounts or are you wondering if Citi opened a new account? Or did you never have one and now want to create a login for your one and only new account?
The Citi app shows my AA RDM and LP account balance, but not the number itself AFAIK. For some scenarios it might be enough to determine if it is the right account.
