I flew PHX-YYZ two weeks ago and pre-ordered. The SD/FA came and took everyone's orders but did not stop at my seat. I assumed (correctly) that she already had my order. This was the first time that they did not at least tell me that they had my order during the meal order process. It's a nice touch to at least stop and indicate that they have my order.
