Thanks, I didn’t think so. I don’t normally fly one world so I wasn’t sure what their rules were in regards to arrival lounge access. Thought I’d ask the question anyway.
might try my luck act dumb and be super nice at the T4 lounge see how I go but yeah I’m doubting it also

Very strictly speaking, no. There is no arrivals lounge and you're on a separate booking domestically (you can't access the T4S lounge anyway even if you did have lounge access, because of your I-D transfer).
In practice you might be able to show your long-haul BP in business to get in in T4. But I would not take it as a given.
