Apologies if this has been addressed before - my first time trying to earn points for multiple rooms (none of my extended family are WOH members).

I understand that I can earn points for 3 rooms, but how do I do so? I had to separate it into 2 bookings as the Hyatt site did not allow me to book 3 rooms at the same time. Is this something I should email the hotel about ahead of time, or let them know during check in?

For what it's worth, the 2 bookings do show up on my Hyatt app, but of course only 1 booking has my name on it as a guest.
