Very strictly speaking, no. There is no arrivals lounge and you're on a separate booking domestically (you can't access the T4S lounge anyway even if you did have lounge access, because of your I-D transfer).

In practice you might be able to show your long-haul BP in business to get in in T4. But I would not take it as a given.
