A bit OT, but I would be really surprised if there are more than a handful of those. Lots of people fly lots of interisland on Hawaiian and/or a few longer-haul trips a year, but IME most people doing significant amounts of mainland and international business travel are on United (mostly), American, or Delta for most of those trips. One of the opportunities with the merger is to capture more of that business.
