We booked this hotel through the IHG site yesterday & I just received an email that says it’s from the hotel (they do have the reservation number) saying they can’t process payments from the website. They sent a link to paycomet saying I need to enter my payment there. Has anyone else had that experience?
That is relatively common in Spain for non cancellable stays. I have had to use Paycomet in the past (in other hotels) so I would not worry. You could do a bank transfer or ask them for alternatives if you prefer
