I assume the service on AA47 is similar to the afternoon flights to JFK and BOS. To wit, warm nuts, appetizer (shrimp bruschetta, maybe?), salad, three or four hot entrees (steak, chicken, pasta and something else), ice cream (not sundaes) or other dessert, and then a snack about an hour before arrival. On LHR-BOS, one of the snack choices was a vegetable pizza -- I don't remember the other one.
I don't remember seeing a Snack Attack cart; they might set one up on flights to ORD since those are longer flights than those to the east coast. Not quite sure, though.
