In North America...no. Then again, there is no 'real' International F in North America and even BA's F is more of a J+ than a real F. Those flying actual International F are European and Asian C suite/Business owners who can expense it people and very wealthy people. Those who flew F before the boom in Premium Leisure are the same people flying it now. Those who are not affected by swings in the economy.
