Correct. Whereas Enrich Points scale according to fare basis (including down to 0%), Elite Points are simply awarded or not. A fare that is not eligible for Enrich Points earns no Elite Points.

Looks like Enrich has suitable Tier points for someone like me who mixes Discount Economy for personal travel and Business Saver for corporate travel. Glad it’s one of the few OW carriers that can help me to attain at least Sapphire
