Trying to search for business class awards LHR-SYD return for August this year using ‘uprated’ 241 voucher. Surprisingly it shows quite a bit of availability….except that when you go to the actual date, there’s nothing. An example… O/B August 6th and I/B August 27th both show as available. Try to book and there’s nothing. Frustrating!!
