That's why I'm confused..... if you see the screenshot of my account, there's a $3430 for medical supplies... a few days later, that charge gets 1500 miles(three $1000 = 1500 miles) It goes on like that. I'm afraid of calling AmEx to ask because if it's a mistake, then they'll take it away after I alert them?

My $13000 charges so far has netted 6500 miles. (13 $1000 charges x 500 miles = 6500)
The "bonus" is listed as
"On each $X, ge" (the last word I assume means "get 500 miles" but the line got cut off)
