Pre-ordering now available from outside of Canada on Air Canada Flights?

I must have missed the announcement. Received a pre-order meal from an Air Canada outstation on my flight from Zurich to Toronto next week. I thought pre-ordering was only from Canadian airports… Nice surprise.
