The WTP bulkheads on the 787 fleet are popular with some travellers - so you may well not be able to block off the other seat from another traveller - but have some downsides. There is enough space that the window seat person can get out to the aisle without greatly disrupting the aisle passenger. It looks more open, and there is more knee room. But actually there is more leg room in the rest of that cabin, assuming your legs are able to go under the seat in front, which will be the case for most people. The other disadvantages are that they are by the curtain to Club World so there is some disturbance from that as crew need to pass through that curtain, and the TV unit is wedged down the side of the seat and swings round for use. This makes the seat slightly narrower, and not everyone likes the stick mounting of the TV. The window alignment is good though (which it isn't on the 10 series). So it's really a set of trade offs here, and depends a lot on what matters to you.
