Was here earlier this week. As a Diamond I was upgraded to the much larger room at the end of the veeery long corridor, similarly to the previous time I stayed here last year.
As I arrived after 10 pm I had to ring the speakerphone and the pleasant receptionist remotely opened the door for me.
There was a Diamond welcome pack waiting for me: two bottles of water, a large stroopwaffel and a packet of crisps.
The bathroom was larger than in most European Hamptons and the room was almost double the size of the standard room, with enough space for a second easy chair.
As other posters have mentioned, the hotel is ideally located, both for the city centre and the station opposite, but I did not notice any traffic noise.
I will definitely stay here again when next in Utrecht.
