The style sheet is trying to use a font called "Air New Zealand Sans", with no alternative fonts listed. When that happens, it'll default back to Times New Roman.


Excerpt from Style Sheet

I suspect everybody in Air New Zealand HQ has the "Air New Zealand Sans" font installed on their machines and has no idea how crap it looks for the rest of the world.
