The complaint is that a base room is available for a Friday 1 night stay, or Sat/Sun 2 night stay, but not Fri/Sat 2 night stay.
The second complaint is that a 1 King no view or 2 queen no view is considered a base room, and while a 2 queen no view (Accessible) is also considered a base room, a 1 King no view (accessible) is not considered a base room thereby further limiting award availability.
This hotel has had published articles written about it in the past for gaming the system and it seems like it just continues playing games. Not sure why I shouldn't be complaining about that. I wouldn't be trying to stay here if there were any other alternatives in the area.
