Does anyone have this issue:

There have been many instances over the past year where I get an email from AC >48hrs before departure stating there's been a schedule change to my itinerary and to click the link to see alternate options.

Everytime I click it to get to the self reaccomodation tool it just shows the updated itinerary and says there has been no change. This has happened many times for different pnrs. Some cases were 1-3hr changes and some were <1hr changes. I have never been able to see alternate flight options online. Doesn't matter if I click the link as soon as I receive the email or wait 1+ days later.

I received another one this week and same thing happened. These are for AP award bookings that involve partner airlines. Not sure if that makes a difference?
